Who We Are

V&J Consulting provides fiber optic splicing, aerial construction, low voltage, pole assessment & auditing, project management, and construction consulting services. We specialize in the health care, education, commercial, and federal markets. Our staff has over 40 years of experience facilitating and managing projects in the built environment and nearly a decade of experience in fiber and low voltage.

V&J was founded in 2008 as a service-disabled veteran owned business starting out with construction consulting and project design.  Since 2008, V&J has grown tremendously in the services we can provide. Our Team

Jae Ebert
​Partner
Principal

Jae brings an unique perspective to your project.  During his career, Jae has worked on both the owner’s side as well as the consultant’s side overseeing millions of dollars in design and construction.  He founded V&J Consulting after 30 years of working as an executive in the engineering consulting, health care, commercial and forensic engineering fields.  He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Sydni Holt

Business Development

Sydni graduated from Purdue University and went directly into the electrical industry. She has multiple years experience with electrical hardware and construction.  She became a partner in V&J when they decided to branch into electrical. She is currently a member of the Indiana Army National Guard. 

Corey Holt

Operations Manager

Corey graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where he developed his leadership abilities while working in the logistics industry. Since graduating, he has gone into private construction contracting. Corey became a partner in V&J to provide quality support and lead project operations.  ​

Brian Lantz
Partner
​Cincinnati Manager

Brian is an IT Director and Cincinnati Project Manager. He began his journey in 2012 in the United States Marine Corps Reserves while studying at the University of Cincinnati. With experience as a Systems Engineer at Nexigen, he joined V&J Consulting in 2022 to oversee IT and Cincinnati crews for fiber splicing and low voltage projects.
